What sizes do Mana Grips come in?+
One size fits all. Our compression knit comfortably covers US 5–13 / EU 37–47 / UK 4–12.
Will they fit inside my football boots?+
Yes — engineered to be worn directly inside boots. The compression knit fits without bulk.
Can I wear them for rugby and gym?+
Absolutely. Grip socks work in any sport where you need foot lock-in: football, rugby, basketball, gym, lifting, training.
How do I wash them?+
Cold machine wash, gentle cycle. Hang dry. Do not iron the silicone grip pads or tumble dry on high heat.
How long does the grip last?+
The silicone grip is bonded into the knit. With proper care, expect performance to hold for the full life of the sock — typically 80+ wears.
Where do you ship?+
New Zealand, Australia, the UK, US and Canada. NZ urban delivery is $6, NZ rural delivery is $8, and NZ shipping is free on orders over $60.

Our patterns are tā moko-inspired and designed with deep respect for Māori culture. We were founded in Aotearoa and treat the imagery as a tribute, not an appropriation.
